ONE art class, TWO painting offers, THREE check-in groups (for dieters)!

(ONE)
1. “Collage for the Soul” starts tomorrow. Only a few participants have 
signed up for this class which I love to teach -- so I am not canceling it… 
but rather offering the open spots at a discounted rate of $70 (from $95) 
for the five sessions. All levels welcome. Tuesdays, 7-9pm March 30 – April 
27.

(TWO)
1. Milos Restaurant, (east outside entrance at Lincoln Square), is 
displaying my paintings and prints. I am offering 40% the work and it is 
selling well. Stop by and have a peak.

2. I am trying to book my schedule full for the summer so I can finance a 
trip to Thailand and so am offering commission portrait paintings at the 
following special prices: 8 x 10 - $280, 15 x 15 - $370, 28 x 20 - $460. 
This is for a single person portrait from photos that I take. Other work 
negotiable.

(THREE) Check In Groups
Men or Women welcome to this 6 weeks session designed to help you reach your 
goals (or at least start establishing the habits) regarding weight, diet, 
and exercise. The first 1/2 hour of the group time is for weigh-in and a 
check-in with yourself by writing in your journal and making plans for the 
week. (This 1/2 hour optional). The next hour is spent with facilitator and 
group defining goals, accessing barriers to reaching those goals, 
determining specific steps. Motivation and suggestions from the group 
members and myself. $60 for 6 weeks.
1. Monday,  April 12 – May 24, 5 - 6:30pm, (4 spots available)
2. Tuesday,  April 13 – May 25, 5 - 6:30pm, (new group, 10 spots available)
3. Saturday, April 17 – May 22, 9 -10:30 am, (5 spots available)
