Plus you get FREE registration, which is also a saving of $20.00

This is limited to the first 10 people who sign up for each group. (5 groups

Healthy Living Tip
– As will appear in next weeks (Oct 18) column of The Reasonable Diet in the
News Gazette.

Natural Ovens Bakery (www.naturalovens.com) offers some of the most
delicious diet-conscious healthy bread that has ever been baked and put in a
plastic bag. Their bakery is located in Wisconsin and their products are
carried by the following stores locally: in Urbana at Schnucks; in Champaign
at IGA (Round Barn), Low Carb Shoppe, Meijers, and Schnucks; in Mahomet at
IGA; and in Charleston at Natural Food and Nutrition. Because of the lack of
preservatives – refrigerate the bread when you get it home.

Try their Happiness Raisin Pecan bread to make a Grilled Chocolate Chip
Sandwich. Yes, you read that right! Take two slices; spray one side each
with light butter flavored spray. Put one tablespoon of chocolate chips
between the slices and grill the sandwich in a skillet on low heat until
just slightly toasted and chip are melted. About 210 calories with 4 grams
of healthy filling fiber.

On their website you can also read about the wonderful work they are doing
with school lunch programs.
