[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-apps] App icon alignment and images (#37)

It seems that there's an issue with the icons' path being improperly defined. The CSS is being used, but not the images themselves. Need to double check the make file for luci-commotion-apps to see if the images are being included in the built image filesystem. When clicking on the CSS styled regions where the image should be, the expected path is
