Hi Ricky,

I wanted to clarify a few things for you, as well as the other people
involved in this. Because we didn't have a Space Usage Agreement, I only had
contact info for one individual.  I explained via email to that individual
on 3/16, over 3 weeks ago, that we needed both a signed contract, and
clearly explained that the IMC needed payment for the space usage.

Apparently, that information did not get transferred to the rest of the
group. However, I was informed on that date that this would be taken care
of. Since it was not taken care of, I received additional contact info and
shared the balance due with the persons now receiving this communication.

I am not placing blame on this individual that communicated to me that it
would be taken care of, but I hope this clarifies for you the importance of
having a signed agreement and that the IMC expected payment for space usage.
The finance group has tried on several occasions to collect space usage fees
from the group.

Please be aware that the $50 that the group collected was not placed in the
drop box for space usage fees.

Furthermore, we have specifically requested whom informed the group that you
had the space for free, and to date, we have not received that information.
I cannot find it anywhere in the Shows meeting minutes either.
