[Community] Steering 4/2 Topic: Membership- What is the IMC good for?

Nicole, 

You can't send messages to the group without the moderator approving it. I asked the IMC at large to post agenda items to the imc list because of this. (per a conversation between Jason and myself earlier today)

Are you the moderator, i.e. who will be responsible for making sure the posts get approved? 
If there isn't someone who will be SUPER reliable about this, they should go to the IMC list.
