[Community] [IMC] Phone and Services Policy

Meme, Brian, Carol, Derrick and I just had a conversation where some of the
IMC policies being emailed about were cleared up.

Now that I understand more about our space usage agreement, Derrick now has
a key only to Oddmusic (which is still only a tenant and not a working
group).  That means he can use our studio when the building is open (when
the family room is free).  Oddmusic is in the process of figuring out our
relationship to such ventures;  our public meeting is this Tuesday at 5pm.
