[Community] follow up on monday meeting items

a status report of sorts:

- website Donate button in prominent spot (done)
- image hosting question (tech is investigating best option, will have
something working in near future)
- documentation on "tech benefits" of membership: some how-to docs are
written here- http://wiki.ucimc.org/bin/view/Tech/TechServices
Brian D. is working on more. still needed- policy & workflow of how ppl get
accounts. Currently, anyone can request an account but an admin needs to
approve it.

Nicole- are current members up to date in CiviCRM? if so, we could automate
the process of getting an account more.
