I'm hoping you'll still meet. The things to do are make a to-do list for the open house and knock things off it. If you can't be at the meeting, can you holla back by email to say you'll do stuff?</div><div><br></div><div>I made copies of the flyers and leaflets- they're at the IMC. I also put the little table out near the main doors to alert people coming in (I've wanted to do that for ages!). </div><div><br></div><div>To do:</div><div>-Make a big (4 8.5 x 11 sheets with 'fat' sides together) unified sign to replace the individual ones taped to the entryway table. (e.g.
'IMC Open House Saturday' across the whole top, with more info below)</div><div>-Make a double sided sign for each working group</div><div>-Make copies of IMC brochures</div><div>-Designate a 'greeter' (I'm sure a LINC student or two will be able to help with this)</div><div>-Update the sign in sheet and make copies on clipboards, with pens attached. (we said we were going to take off all the individual groups and just send an intro email with info on each group)</div><div>-Make sign in sheets for each group on clipboards with pens attached</div><div>-Get balloons </div><div>-Put up flyers all around</div><div>-Identify enough tables for every working group to have one</div><div>-Contact and confirm presence from working group, even if it's just a table with info on it INCLUDING makerspace</div><div><br></div><div>The LINC students will be in the IMC tomorrow at 12:30 to put up the 'who's who'. I'm going to have them put it up in the foyer. I
