I think Belden's point is well taken. The purpose is to provide
general policy, not to be wardens about one-time instances like he and
Bob mentioned (needing to call for a ride, emergencies, etc).<br>

I'm asking for approval on the proposal's offered. Please respond by
saying 'ok' or by re-writing it to reflect the changes you'd like to
see. Again- this is to function temporarily until we can address it in
person at steering. We REALLY need a unified front on this so that
mixed messages aren't being sent, which has happened in the past and
makes everyone unhappy.<br>
