Furniture should be on wheels. The more stuff is on wheels the easier it is on the floors when stuff needs to be shifted around.<BR>

Also, if cocktail tables be made for the main space, every new furnishing should be considered where it would store, or could tables fold up to be stored out of the way?<BR>

Also, there are two couches now that are in pretty bad shape and could use replacing.<BR>
