Here, from a web search I did today, is a very extensive list, and what I
hope is an up-to-date list, of links to web sites related to citizen police
review.  I haven't checked them all out by any means.  

I've placed an asterisk next to the ones I think are the most important or
pertinent, and I hope that Al will check those out and add them to our
nascent web site if they aren't on there already.  For the rest of you,
