[CPRB] Change in CPRB e-mail address

Just a note to let all subscribers to the CPRB mailing list know that,
among other recent server changes implemented by Zach Miller, the groogroo
name has been phased out.  Thus our new e-mail address is now
cprb at lists.chambana.net, rather than the former cprb at lists.cu.groogroo.com.
 You might want to change the CPRB e-mail address in any of your e-mail
address books that it is in.
