[Cprb] No meeting tomorrow, finish the CPRB calls

Hi all,

Several people told me they couldn't make the meeting tomorrow and most
students are not in town, so the meeting tomorrow is cancelled (unless
someone objects)
But we are still on for the second Tuesday of February and March.  Is that
good with everyone.

And everybody has until the 21st now to do their co-sponsorship requests...
a lot of people haven't gotten them done yet :)  Please e-mail me if you get
any results.
