[CPRB] Date...

Alright, let's go with Feb. 8th for the forum.  If it's just 
an open house (that comprehensive plan thing), hopefully 
folks will be able to leave the forum around 8:30 to do that 
if they'd like.

So I am going to reserve the city council chambers for Feb. 
8th at 7PM.

Right now we are looking at these speakers
- Carol or Aaron Ammons from Citizens for Peace and Justice 
to talk about felon disenfranchisment/ jail issues  (Ricky 
already contacted them, plus they're on this list serve :)  
hi!) 
- Rev. Bogan (Ricky will be contacting him)
- Mark Krug (I will be calling him today), the Director of 
Court Diversion Services
- Laurel Prussing, mayoral candidate - to talk about the need 
for Citizen Police Review (I will be e-mailing her today)

Plus we need to recruit a variety of citizens to talk about 
their police experiences (Manisha (I'll be calling her), Lori 
Serb, Tim Gibbs, plus anyone else that you all can think of)

Please let me know if you're willing to help with this!  I 
need someone to contact our co-sponsors.  Ricky will be 
contacting someone to make fliers.  I'll be contacting city 
council candidates to see if they'll pass out the fliers 
while they go door to door or lit drop.  And I'll be writing 
the press release.

Our goal is to have at least 50 people show up.  We totally 
can do that.
