[CPRB] Meeting?

Yes.  Esther Patt put together the ideas discussed by the task force into the CPRB draft from several years ago.  I think we came up with some great new ideas and I'm hopeful that it will survive the collective bargaining agreement with the police union.

I also see on the City of Urbana's web site where there's an actual
ordinance draft, apparently to be considered tonight.  Is THAT what you on
the task force came up with???  An ordinance draft and not just a report?
