What Ricky is trying to say is, "Why not?"  Ricky is EXCELLENT at doing 
press conferences!  :-P

Brian and Ricky, what would you be inclined to SAY at the press 
conference?  Would it be celebratory, critical of the City of Urbana, or a 
mix of both?
