And here's a remarkable audio/video illustrating police abuse in St. 
George, Missouri.  The young man who was stopped (for being in a "commuter" 
parking lot late at night), and who infuriated the cop by asking what he 
had done wrong, had previously installed a video camera in his 
car.  [Martell and Patrick had the right idea.]  The police officer, who 
somehow "lost" his own videotape of the incident, has apparently been 
suspended without pay as a result of this incident.
