Just for some resolution, I was able to restore Peter's node from the
alley by connecting through his access point. I am not sure exactly what
restored it, but this is about all I did before I could ssh to IMC:

  0 logged into Peter's node
  1 pinged the IMC node from Peter's node
  2 ran 'wiconfig wi0 -r 2347' on Peter's node to turn off RTS/CTS

Something else strange is that IMC's node got seriously wedged. I was
diddling with the DHCP configuration on the IMC gateway when it happened,
so that might have had something to do with it.

I think that we should continue to use RTS/CTS. Maybe we can switch to
an ADMtek-based radio at Peter's. It probably will not suffer from the
Prism radio's RTS/CTS bug.
