The HEAD of trunk is best.  There are no plans for an official release.
We do badly need to make one.

I think it's ok as long as ETX sets a very, very high metric---and it
certainly should with 95% packet loss! :-)

192.168.0.1, I believe.  I believe 'ipnat -l' will show you the redirect.
