[CUWiN-Dev] BSD license or GPL license?

Hi,

I'm a bit confused by the license statement you have. On your website
http://cuwireless.net/faq. It states that

Q: What license are you using for the software? 
The Community Wireless Network is using the following standard
4-clause BSD license:
<sniper>

But if I go to Sourceforge website,
http://sourceforge.net/projects/wireless/. It states it is under GPL
license.
"License: GNU General Public License (GPL)".

So which one is the correct? Does it depends on the underline OS,
NetBSD/FreeBSD or Linux?
