I just met with the City of Urbana IT director and he gave me one of their nodes 
for us to play around with.  Basically, we just need to show that the nodes 
interoperate with our existing infrastructure.  Dave, would you be able to flash 
it with the newest software and ensure that it works?  Once we do that, the City 
will give the green light to install the nodes on lightposts (woo-hoo!).  We're 
very close.
