[CUWiN-Dev] Flash disk space

I am using the soekris 4526 with release 0.5.9. I applied the Upgrade, which gives me 
  a total of 30MB on the flash disk, of which 8MB are free space.
  Can this be changed so that I can get  more flash disk space  out of the available 64MB?
