[WUWiN-Dev] 0.5.5 status?

What's the status on the 0.5.5 release?  I spoke with Dave before leaving 
town and he mentioned that we'd probably want to go to 0.5.6 fairly soon; 
but we should get 0.5.5 online ASAP so that people can start testing it 
out and sending in PR reports.

Also, did we ever get a public problem report tracker up?  If not, we 
should do so soon since we'll want to refer people to that to ensure we 
get the information we need to diagnose & replicate PRs.
