[CUWiN-Dev] thttpd not working in 0.5.5

I attempted to connect to the web service tonight and was greeted with
a cannot find server error. Attempting to telnet to the web port causes
a connection failure error. A packet trace has the syn packet being given 
a RST (Reset) in reply. The thttpd server is running and netstat shows it 
listening on the given port. However there are no log messages and it 
is not working.
