[CUWiN-Dev] rearrangement of sources

Does anybody object to me moving the directories below from trunk/src/
to a new directory, trunk/localsrc/?  My reason is that these dirs
contain utility programs for our server or for operating our testbed,
i.e., nothing that we will conceivably install on a node [*].

        nightly-test 
        node-updater
        svntocvs
        x10
