Good catch!  I've applied this to the 0.5.4 branch, too.

We modified more stuff in the branch today.  Floppy and CD images now
build with console=pc while flash images still use console=com0kbd.
Hopefully CDs will now use VGA and keyboard for I/O (making them more
inviting to newcomers).
