[CUWiN-Dev] static IP addresses

Note that the wireless node on my house is currently connected to my
SDSL line. I have only the 1 unused static IP address on my SDSL line
for CUWiN's use (the one my node is using). 

However, I also have a T1 which my servers are all running on. When
CUWiN has software ready for establishing tunnels to a static IP
address for users on the mesh so that mesh users can run public
services to the internet, I have about 15 free IP addresses that I can
hand out.

Someone let me know when and if these free static IP addresses could
be useful to the project and I will move the node over to the T1.
