Thanks for the problem report!  Looks like set -u fallout that was never
caught.  That's too bad.  I landed the gist of your patch, mainly
differing by not removing the DHCPSELECT_DEBUG line and adding a '-d'
argument to enable debug logging.

How does that sound?
