[CUWiN-Dev] HSLS Linux port

[Gurung, Provin]

We did basic port of hsls and did not run into this problem! 
I am not sure why this would be a problem.

The level of code you are working at is too low.  HSLS doesn't use
kevent directly, it uses Niels Provos' event library.  That library,
which works on Linux, will use whichever event facility (kevent, poll,
or select) is available.
