[CUWiN-Dev] SDR: DoD "gets real"

I saw this link on the GNU Radio list: DoD is realizing that SDR is no
magic bullet, <http://www.defensetech.org/archives/001929.html>.

FWIW, I don't see easy applications to community mesh, where heat and
power don't matter as much as in mobile apps: SDR is too expensive,
for one thing, and there are not "legacy" waveforms.
