Dave,

thanks for the response. I tired your suggestion but still have the
same problem.

I've got all three source archives expanded in $home/cuwin-0.5.9/

Below is a copy of my buildscript:

#!/bin/sh

EXTSRC=$HOME/cuwin-0.5.9/cuwin-0.5.9-src-extern
export EXTSRC

./buildflash -n geode128 -- -T sandisk128 -E geode-extras -k kernel-
conf/geode \
     -s $HOME/cuwin-0.5.9/cuwin-0.5.9-src-netbsd/src -b $HOME/
cuwin-0.5.9/scratch "$@"

And the environment variables:

% set
EXTSRC  /home/mark/cuwin-0.5.9/cuwin-0.5.9-src-extern
argv    ()
cdpath  (/usr/src/sys /usr/src/bin /usr/src/sbin /usr/src/usr.bin /
usr/src/usr.sbin /usr/src/lib /usr/src/libexec /usr/src/share /usr/
src/local /usr/src/games /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin /usr/src/gnu/usr.sbin /
usr/src/gnu/libexec /usr/src/gnu/lib /usr/src/gnu/games)
cwd     /home/mark/cuwin-0.5.9/cuwin-0.5.9-src-main/boot-image
history 1000
home    /home/mark
old     /home/mark/cuwin-0.5.9/cuwin-0.5.9-src-main
path    (/sbin /usr/sbin /bin /usr/bin /usr/pkg/sbin /usr/pkg/bin /
usr/X11R6/bin /usr/local/sbin /usr/local/bin)
prompt  %
prompt2 ?
shell   /bin/csh
status  0
term    screen
user    mark

Any other ideas what I could check / try ?

Thanks,

Mark
