It works fine.  I've added two sample scripts under
cuw/trunk/src/boot-image/.  buildgeode128 builds an image for a 128MB
Sandisk CompactFlash card.  buildgeodeup builds an upgrade file.  You will
need to use different -s and -b options than the defaults in the script.

The short answer is yes, but the build scripts do that for you
automatically.

Yes, but you will be the first group to try it.  It will take me a while
to test it and, if necessary, debug it for you.  Let me see how long it
will take.  Start your stopwatch.
