[CUWiN-Dev] config.cgi error

Is anyone else seeing this when accessing the web interface "config" menu?

Processing input.
Attempting reconfigure.
config.cgi: cannot create /var/run/cuwconf_pipe: permission denied

It looks like /sbin/cuw_config_backend run through /etc/rc.d/cuw_config 
isn't creating /var/run/cuwconf_pipe.  cuw_config_backend isn't running, 
but /var/run/cuw_config_backend.pid exists at least on some reboots.  I 
tried adding '-d' to the cuw_config_backend command in cuw_config and all 
I got in the log was this:
