[CUWiN-Dev] subversion scalability

To elaborate on this, it looks like I have the option of upgrading
from svn 1.1.4 (Debian stable) to 1.2.3 (Debian testing) or 1.3.1
(Debian unstable). Let me know which one I should aim for.
