[CUWiN-Dev] newbie question

Hi, 

I am new to this forum but would like to 
contribute and help deveop these networks. 

I read some of the documentation, let us say we 
are starting a new network for a county/municipality
if we have to develop a network surrounding the city
area, seems like we need to install these matrix 
nodes but where would the initial internet connection
comes from? 

Ideally, we want a connection for the first node
and let that transmist to other nodes so that
wireless internet would be provided to the city? 
Does this work like this?? If we go to a poor 
county, this is how it has to work.

can we configure any node in the network remotely?
web configuration? security??
