[CUWiN-Dev] Get Consistent IP Addresses

Hi,

I wonder how I can keep the same IP address after upgrading the system 
with a different image. I understand that the IP address is assigned as 
a function of MAC address. But I found my nodes got different IP address 
after I upgrade them from 0.5.9 to the current 0.6.0+. Is that just b/c 
the IP assigning function is changed from 0.5.9 to 0.6.0, which means I 
don't have to worry that it will change every time I upgrade my system?
