[CUWiN-Dev] dual radio card CUWIN installations

i am fairly certain this is currently an unsupported feature (more
active dev members correct me if i am wrong).  it can be done but you
will have to do some work on the source files yourself to create a
network configuration that is not being used for supported nodes.  it
is a goal of the project to utilize two radios, but last i checked
(yesterday?) released source was not configured for this.
