There are currently 2 dev servers.  I'm not sure what the status DNS 
is.  dev.cu* is supposed to point to cuw, and newdev.cu* is supposed to 
go to the new, last I had heard.  Could you send us the IP of the server 
dev.cu* is pointing to?

If the DNS is working correctly, you should use dev.cu*.
