[CUWiN-Dev] Error during building CuWin0.7.0rc3

During the building 0.7.0rc3 (with NetBSD current source downloaded
Sep. 11st), the error is occurred;

/nfshome/jchoi43/scratch/src/boot-image/./kernel-conf/cuw_45x1:313:
bios0: unknown device `bios'
/nfshome/jchoi43/scratch/src/boot-image/./kernel-conf/cuw_45x1:314:
undefined pseudo-device cmos

When I built the 0.6.0 release (with NetBSD package released by CuWin),
no error was occurred.
But, in this time, errors are founded with same building manner.

I guess the difference of NetBSD version. Am I right ?
If it is OK, which version of NetBSD is recommended for CuWin 0.7.0rc3 ?

These questions may be stupid question because I am beginner of CuWin.
