Are your source directories cluttered with .o's or anything?  'svn status
--no-ignore' will reveal extra files.  'tags' files are normal and
harmless.  'make distclean' in src/clearsilver/ will clean things up.

It seems that this has happened to somebody else before.  Maybe there
is information in the archives.
