[CUWiN-Dev] Iso build failing?

Running buildiso I get the following error:
        
mkstaboot: begin step 'iso'
nbinstallboot: Reading
`/home/isaacsm/cuwin/iso-scratch/i386/bootxx_cd9660': short read, 2048
bytes (should be 8192)
nbinstallboot: Set bootstrap operation failed
./mkstaboot: exiting prematurely

I've poked around some, but I don't have any other ideas.

Suggestions?
