Lawrence,

One thing I notice is that there are no foreign backplane LSAs in either
list of linkstates.

BTW, you can make hslsd re-write the linkstates & routes files by sending
it signal SIGUSR2.  If you have pkill, you can run 'pkill -USR2 hslsd'.
