[CUWiN-Dev] Radio problems and hsls

Hi - we're setting up a testbed cuwin mesh here (currently have 4 
radios, 2 are active, and are all Soekris 4826's runnin Cuwin 0.7.0), 
and are having problems with the wifi interfaces seemingly dying, and 
the HSLS and Quagga systems going crazy.  Restarting both HSLS and 
Quagga fixes nothing, and rebooting is the only thing that can be done. 
  I'm assuming that somehow the transmitters are turning off somehow.
