Is there any kind of help (i.e. tickets reduction, travel funds, etc.)<br>
for Community Network (CN) members? As you know, most of the work done<br>
in CNs is completely based on voluntary participation, therefore,<br>
standard conferences prices are totally unaffordable by most of the<br>
community members due to the lack of profit. Additionally conferences<br>
organised by CNs are generally (I might say always) are cost-oriented<br>
which means that they even generate any margin left to attend other<br>
conferences.<br>

Nonetheless CNs are a great source of innovation, so any effort in the<br>
direction of integrating the in the academia research world benefits<br>
both, CNs and the academia.<br>
