I can probably make a meeting any night of the week, so I've been 
waiting on others to settle on a day and time. I know Monday evening at 
7pm has been mentioned as a meeting time, but with this week's holiday, 
the first meeting will not happen until June 6.

I can offer what I remember of the BoD's thoughts at the time we were 
established, which is fairly concise and specifically tied to the legal 
obligations imposed by the state on the directors of any corporation, 
non-profit or otherwise. I've been meaning to write this up, but have 
been busy with other higher priority work, but I will be able to pass 
this along at the first meeting if I don't get to it before then.
