<p><strong>Objetivo general:</strong></p>

<p>Al terminar el curso, los participantes conocerán las principales
herramientas contables que les permitirán entender cómo
funciona la contabilidad y cada una de sus cuentas principales.</p>
<p>Tendrán la capacidad de elaborar a partir de la emisión de
registros contables los principales estados financieros usados en las
empresas, para a partir de ahí generar la información
necesaria y suficiente para tomar decisiones de inversión,
análisis o financiamiento, entre otras.</p>

<p>• Entender la importancia de la Contabilidad y los estados
financieros en la toma de decisiones empresariales. Revisar las NIIF
aplicables a la contabilidad.</p>
<p>• Aplicar técnicas de análisis financiero para
evaluar la rentabilidad, liquidez. endeudamiento y eficiencia de la
empresa</p>
<p>• Determinar el punto de equilibrio de la empresa y el potencial de
crecimiento interno</p>
<p>• Calcular el grado de apalancamiento operativo y evaluar el nivel
de riesgo empresarial</p>

<p>A todas aquellas personas con formación No Contable que requieran
por su trabajo conocer y entender cómo se realizan los estados
financieros de una empresa para su posterior análisis. Cualquiera
que necesite o requiera un primer curso de contabilidad que le ofrezca las
bases para una preparación en dicha área, es candidato a
tomar este seminario.</p>

práctica y netamente participativa. Durante cada sesión se
explicarán los conceptos del seminario relacionándolos con el

<p>4. Análisis de los estados financieros: rentabilidad, liquidez,
endeudamiento y eficiencia. Calculo de la probabilidad de bancarrota.</p>
<p>5. El punto de equilibrio empresarial. Los costos fijos y
variables.</p>
<p>6. El apalancamiento operativo y su relación con el nivel de
riesgo empresarial.</p>
