[Imc-litbl] Notes from yesterday's meeting

as backup to the scheduling Pauline listed for Bike Lane stuff, I intend to
plug away at a few ideas and hopefully produce two pieces during October. I'll
let the list know if/when they're ready. And if anyone can't make a deadline,
let me know and I'll try to fill in the gap --
