A priority for the Mesh Wifi effort needs to be to install
wired-access points along the UC2B backbone for point-to-point
connections from the UC2B Backbone to other MeshWifi nodes in remote
corners of Urbana-Champaign. To fan-out wireless from the backbone.

Should this be a secondary effort? E.g., petition the UC2B
applicant, after they have received their installation, are up and
running -- to put the Mesh-Wifi antenna up on their facility? And
have the remote access site established for the other end of the
point-to-point connection. If the IMC has no physical location
along the UC2B backbone, then we will have to piggy-back on someone
else's
location.
