3.  Program Participants - 10 - 16, grades: 4th - 10th<br><br>We have several programs that youth can participate in coming up and during the summer:<br><br>1.  Mini-Maker Faire - <span style="border-collapse:collapse;color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:'lucida grande',tahoma,verdana,arial,sans-serif;font-size:12px;line-height:15px"><b>Urbana-Champaign Mini Maker Faire</b>
 is a one-day, family-friendly event that celebrates arts, crafts, 
engineering, music, science, and technology projects and the 
Do-It-Yourself spirit in our community. At the UC Mini Maker Faire, the 
focus is on the process of making -- not just the finished product.<br>2.  Summer-Sew-Fun - </span>Future seamstresses & fashion designers — experience summer sewing at our Costume Closet Sewing Studio and learn sewing skills in a relaxed extended time period. Class will run:  June 5 - July 2.<br>

3.  Media In Action - <span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">UC-IMC seeks to </span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">engage
young people in using media as a way to actively participate in the world
around them.<span>  </span>Our mission is to work with
young people most affected by injustice to build the knowledge, tools, and
relationships needed to create media for community power, cultural expression,

<div>Thank you for your willingness to participate in this community-wide youth programming resource fair in April. As a reminder, the event will take place on Tuesday, April 3, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Urbana Middle School (1210 S. Vine St.). </div>

<div>The Extravaganza will take place in the Urbana Middle School cafetorium. You are welcome to begin set up as early as 6:00 p.m. Please plan on coming in the main doors on the north side of the middle school. You may park in the north parking lot or along
Vine Street. If you need to unload your materials, you are welcome to pull up onto the sidewalk in front of the north doors. Families will begin arriving at 6:30 p.m. and the resource fair will last until 8:00 p.m. </div>

<div>Each program will have its own 8-foot table in the cafetorium.  We will help you locate the table with a table tent noting your respective program and the age or grade range of program participants. We are hoping that each organization will have an identifying
display as well as possible handouts for families attending the event.  <br>

Attached is a copy of the chart of participating organizations. Please take a look at the chart and let me know if there are any mistakes with your organization contact information, etc. This chart will be copied and handed out to families who attend the event.
