well dave p here-

Talked to brenda james and unfortunately its too late to "officially" switch 
around tables because not only have they already been assigned the map that 
will be handed out at the event has already been drawn-up and sent to the 
printer. The IMC and Common grounds are the only two of the suggested coop 
area that are togetherbecause their apps came in together. So, "informally" 
moving spots around would only be ok if others consented but unlikely since 
that would mean groups would not be where the map says they'll be.... so 
that's unfortunate.

Also, need volunteers to help with the table during the event and maybe 
setting-up/breaking-down. 
Volunteers can respond to this outreach mail and come to the next outreach 
meeting when the details for the event will be discussed. This next meeting 
will be this Sunday 6/10, 11:00a.m. at the IMC.
